• Helen Hopkins is a Chartered physiotherapist with more 35 years experience in both NHS and Private Practice,she specialises in musculoskeletal problems especially back and sacro-iliac  pain, and sports injuries.Treatment modalities include electrotherapy, spinal mobilisation, massage and acupuncture.The clinic has a gait analysis specialist to help with sports and running injuries.

  • Charlotte  Wood is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 12 years  clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. She has a Masters level qualification in occupational health physiotherapy and works as a physiotherapist in industry and private practice. Her approach is typically ‘hands-on’, as well as using the gym for exercise rehabilitation. She plans to increase the number of local businesses offering occupational health physiotherapy services to their staff. This could include advising on employees’ fitness for work, setting return to work programmes, (to reduce sickness absence), and carrying out DSE (display screen equipment), or any workplace ergonomic assessment.
